To comply with these strict standards, our cattle are free range and never confined to pens, graze on organic grasslands, have verified lifetime organic traceability and are audited every year. They’re raised with no GMOs, no antibiotics, no added hormones and no synthetic chemicals.

Environmental Stewardship
Our beef is certified G.A.P step 4 by the Global Animal Partnership (G.A.P.), one of the world’s highest independent animal welfare standards.
Animal Welfare Certified
Our cattle are pasture raised, which means they are free to range and graze on grassy pastures with no feedlots, no antibiotics, and no added hormones.
Our ranchers & farmers use low-stress animal handling techniques and each farm is independently audited every 15 months, through different seasons, to ensure these high animal welfare standards are maintained.
G.A.P was started by John Mackey CEO of Whole Foods Market in 2008 with a vision of creating a system of animal welfare standards to support farmers and reward improvement.
With vast ranches and rolling pastures, our animals are ethically raised with no added hormones, synthetic chemicals or pesticides. They are of the highest quality and free to roam and graze on lush certified organic grasslands with no animal by products. Strict organic standards and a focus on sustainability means high quality, great tasting beef.
